Our refund policy lasts (15) fifteen calendar days from the delivery date of your tracking number. If fifteen (15) calendar days have gone by since your delivery, a refund will not be offered or issued. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us via phone or email email@example.com within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date on your tracking number. The item(s) of subject must be unused and in the same condition that it was received in its original packaging. Business T-Shirt Club, at its sole discretion retains the right to classify items as unused, worn, damaged (not of our own error) and not in its original condition or packaging. If there is a material or printing defect we will offer a credit, partial refund or reprint the item(s) of subject at no additional cost.
